Family Bucket List 1/225 - A Lighthouse

Several years ago, my sister-in-law introduced me to a book called, 101 Places You Gotta See Before You're 12!. It's a book that gives great ideas about fun and unique experiences you can have with your kids. I decided to order a copy and found a second book called, 101 Things You Gotta Do Before You're 12!. I decided to get both.



Because Kaeli was already almost 10 years old when I found the books and because we're quite limited when it comes to physical limitations with Lily, we took the 12 off, did some tweaking of the lists, and decided to call it our Family Bucket List. Now we have no time constraint, can add or delete ideas(so far we have 225!!!), and can work on it for as long as we need. So without further ado, our Family Bucket List...

1/225 - A Lighthouse

Wayne, Kaeli, and Lily had never been to Split Rock Lighthouse before, so in July 2014, we went up to explore along with my mom. Split Rock is about an hour north of Duluth on the cliffs of Lake Superior. The lighthouse is one of the most photographed in the country. It's a beautiful place to visit! We also had a beautiful day!
